yo all. im back from central camp.
it totally rocked!
on the first day we met in church at 9.
we played something like the amazing race.
we had a block of ice as our "ticking time bomb".
if we win or lose the game.
we will get diff things.
either to slow down or speed up the melting.
at the end of it all.
the winner is the one left wif the most ice.
the first game we played required candles.
playing wif fire. haha.
we played at the carpark.
it was reely dark in dere.
so this is how the game works.
at our "base" there were 2 chairs.
and a rafia string tied dem together.
same for the other team.
the objective was to burn the string.
till it breaks and falls.
so we started planning.
we split our team into 2.
defenders and offenders.
the defenders would blow candles out.
when the other team tries to burn our string.
and the offenders fight to kill! haha.
kill the string. lol. :D
in the next game.
we were supposed to build a shelter.
using newspapers, aluminium foils,
flour and water. papier marche! :D
to shelter 4 candles from huge fans.
the team wif the candles that last longest wins.
i took on the job to make.
the eeky, squishy, gooey stuff.
the dohhhhh. i mean dough. :D
i mixed flour wif water.
and mixed it in.
it felt disgusting. lol.
we folded a box using the newspapers.
as our base. so that it was stable.
den we used the sticky dough.
to secure it all around.
den we covered the top of the box.
wif aluminium foil.
and cut out a hole at the top.
so that the candles could fit in.
and we secured it wif more dough.
it was fun playing wif the dough la.
like playdoh liddat. haha. :D
but the game was a draw.
both teams shelters were too strong.
none of the candles blew out.
the next station was at the playground.
we were supposed to make one round.
through all the obstacles.
2 by 2. wif our legs tied together.
and carry a spoon of water.
and spill as little water as possible.
at the end of the course.
dere was a cup we had to pour the water in.
we had to fill it till half.
so we made many rounds. manyyy.
cos the water kept spilling.
den everytime we reach the end.
dere was like almost no water left.
maybe jus a few drops. haha.
our next station was at the atrium.
we were given some materials.
trash bags. cardboard boxes. newspapers.
to build a soft landing.
so that when an egg is dropped.
from the 2nd lvl. it wun crack.
first we lined a box wif the trash bag.
den started stuffing newspapers into it.
den we trusted oswald to throw the egg.
cos he was a basketballer.
shld haf accuracy mah. haha.
he aimed. he threw. the egg landed.
yay! it was a success! haha. :D
den we had to go all the way to pasir ris park.
the spider web dere.
for our next game.
so we took a bus dere.
we played lots more games.
and after lunch we proceeded to the chalet.
safra resort. :D
we took bus 403 to the interchange.
den mrt to tanah merah.
and took the shuttle dere.
it was quite big.
girls slept upstairs.
and guys slept downstairs.
and half halfs slept on the stairs.
no la jus kidding. :D
we showered and had our dinner.
den we prepared for svc.
the svc was totally powerrr.
both svces on both evenings.
the worship. the word.
it was reely great.
after svc we proceeded to our camp highlight.
our nightwalk! yay! :D
we all were blindfolded.
and we had to follow the rope we were given.
i held on very tightly.
it was reely freaky.
can u imagine.
walking in the park.
in the night.
when u cant c a thing.
den dere were holes and rocks.
and other obstacles.
we even had to crawl under chairs.
the grass was dam pokey. lol.
it was long grass.
well i tink. lol.
or either no one bothered to cut it.
den dere r ppl pulling u away.
bringing u to diff ropes.
leading to diff places.
den dam funny.
gerlaine so eviiil.
bully oswald and his gang.
make dem go round and round the same tree.
the whole thing was cool la.
and by the time we got to bathe.
debrief and everything.
it was like almost 5am.
so we were like dead tired.
and slept within seconds.
and yay i got the bed. haha.
we woke up at 9.
and got buns for breakfast.
and proceeded wif our activities.
mass games at the beach.
i got very wet and dirty.

hug me when he was drenched and full of sand.
and dere was this game.
it was called muah chee.
yeah. all of u noe wuts that right.
so we had to dip ourselves in the sea.
get soaked to the skin.
and roll all over the sand.
to make ourselves turn into muah chee.
eww. it was sickkk.
after our shower we went for svc.
den had a campfire.
no la. kidding. how to make campfire?
we had a bbq! still fire wut. haha. :D
den we played cards that others brought.
and went to sleep after that.
the next morn i went to the snack shop.
and bought cup noodles for breakfast. :D
din wanna eat bread again. haha.
den we helped to clean up the place.
and went bac to home sweet home! :D
one word to describe the camp. awesome.
i made lots of new frens too.
